My Text didn’t change as I want

This is a problem that I have [I'm using Inkscape]
Please look at this picture below
In this article I call this original font

and I want to change into shape like this

So I run my “Text and Font” Toolbar  and

change family font into japanese font type

but after I pressed apply it turn into like this

and on the canvas it look like this
